As a complement to the interdisciplinary activities and the external mentoring program, junior members can also choose an internal mentor for the duration of their membership. Internal mentors can be chosen from the senior members of the Gutenberg Academy Fellows Program and should open up an interdisciplinary perspective for the dissertation. The internal mentorship offers the possibility to build an intensive exchange within the university that transcends the borders of a single subject.
